San Diego’s colorful chocolate shop Sweet Petite Confections invites you to create your own handmade gifts at their “Santa’s Workshop!” themed chocolate making class! Secure your spot at this reservations-only class to learn the art of making fantastically flavored chocolates to give to friends and family over the course of two hours while creating nearly 1.5 pounds of confections. During this class, students will select from more than two dozen ingredients as they personalize two different chocolate barks – with options including oat crumble, dried figs, candied walnuts, candied ginger, crushed peppermint candy, alongside savory pretzels, potato chips, nuts and more. We will make peanut butter balls with a recipe you can keep! Students will then learn the art of dipping practically anything as they create delicious and beautiful treats to take home and package however, they choose for family and friends!
Adult individuals and parent-child teams are welcome to attend! This class will take place at 6:30 p.m. (suggested arrival is 15 minutes prior and is $40 per adult or parent-child team (5 and 12 years old with one adult). Previous experience not necessary.
