3 best CBD skin care routine to never age
A few months ago, a friend introduced me to a product that was quite controversial, CBD. He just returned from Colorado and has embraced the legality of state recreational marijuana. He offered a new obsession with edibles, which he claimed could provide a real solution to all his skin problems. I then asked him (about the edibles) and he optimistically said that oil infused with CBD was the answer to all the problems. Acne is one of them. That might not be separated from the experience he got in Colorado but it managed to attract my interest at that time. A few days after my meeting (with my friend), I started looking for information about the CBD on several sites and I found a fact; that CBD is a marijuana product that has many health benefits, including on the skin.
I finally realized that the world of beauty desperately needed marijuana. Cannabis is one of the real solutions to many skin problems. I started trying CBD and I found satisfying results in just three weeks after the first use. Once I realized that CBD had real benefits for the health of my skin, I swore that I would be a loyal consumer.
Cannabis for skincare
The skin is one of the organs that can benefit from the properties of the cannabis plant. Cannabis is used for medical purposes, for food, or for recreational use. But lately, its use for beauty products is on the rise. For example, CBD capsules for skincare is increasingly popular. Increasingly beauty brands are using elements of cannabis to help with skincare. The plant contains many differentiated elements and several of them have already been identified by surveys as very beneficial to our skin.
The two best known for their results in this area would be cannabis seed oil and hemp extract (CBD oil). It is out there, then, that the debate has room to walk with more force and grow with greater agility. In such a way, that even the powerful industry of beauty and skincare has already drawn the power of the product, beginning to invest more and more in it. And this is because the list of properties studied is extensive.
The Cannabis Sativa plant, the well-known hemp, and its marijuana sister are two varieties that share these elements to our skin. Hemp contains an insignificant content of THC that is not psychoactive, the opposite of what we call marijuana, which contains sufficient amounts of THC, responsible for the psychoactive effect.
The oil of hemp seeds
Most beauty products that contain hemp refers to seed oil, obtained from seed pressure. Like many oils, hemp contains fatty acids that are moisturizing, protective and repairing the skin. Currently can be found in a number of different types of products such as soaps, creams, lotions, oils, makeup, and even hair products, but it is best used in an oil, cream or other product that is intended to moisturize the skin.
Most of these skincare products are sold as cleansers or moisturizers, but science also says that omega 3 and 6, phenolic compounds, bioactive phytochemicals, stearidonic acids, saturated oils, antioxidants, carotene, vitamin E, phytosterols, chlorophyll and mineral salts would be present in this beneficial oil for our health.
Hemp seed oil is not psychoactive and therefore if used in beauty products you will never feel psychoactive effects. Inflammations are one of the biggest issues in dermatology, because they are responsible, among other factors, for acne. A 2014 study, published in the US National Institutes of Health, found that CBD creams can regulate the production of oil and sebaceous glands in the human body.
This would be a possible outlet for those who suffer from pimples today and can only treat the condition with isotretinoin and spironolactone. While these complicated naming options are steroids, the CBD is not. Of course, much more research is yet to come, but it is undeniable that interest in the plant increases!
3 of my routines with the CBD
It would be wise if I began to share my experiences with CBD now. Keep reading!
1. I filled my bathroom with a mixture of hemp milk and a bath bomb, of course with a mixture of CBD. How do I do it? I poured enough CBD oil and started bathing with the mixture. My first experience was truly unforgettable! I really enjoyed that moment, how my whole skin seemed to be surrounded by a refreshing feeling of peace.
2. After bathing I use CBD lotion. CBD lotion is the second attack on factors that interfere with the health of my skin. I smeared the entire surface of my skin with CBD lotion to provide maximum protection after showering.
3. The third routine is to drink CBD capsules every few days. Although there is a dose for that, I take less than the recommended dose. I consume one CBD capsule every 3 days (this is my personal recipe)
What did I get? I get glowing smooth skin and guess what! My acne began to disappear and now, you can meet me and try to find in case there is one zit left behind. To this day I do the 3 routines above regularly and I managed to maintain the health of my skin in prime condition.
