This event occurs monthly, on the first Wednesday of November and December.


Guests can experience an intimate, interactive dinner and bring home new skills for their own kitchen with AVANT School of Cooking at Rancho Bernardo Inn's AVANT.    Lead by Chef de Cuisine Christopher Gentile, guests can enjoy various cooking classes at AVANT's Table 65 demo kitchen followed by dinner. AVANT's culinary team will present guests with the best cooking practices for extremely flavorful, healthful dishes inspired by locally sourced San Diego ingredients.    Upcoming classes include:  
  • Whole Fish to Plate - Oct. 9
  • The Perfect Steak - Nov. 6
  • Art of Pasta making - Dec. 4
Seats are $69 per person, plus $35 per person for optional wine pairings. Reservations can be made by calling (858) 675-8551.
