Steel Kitchen

For a kick of Asian flare, try Gang Kitchen located off 6th Avenue in the heart of downtown. Created by Jon Mangini, Gang Kitchen brings cool and casual fresh Asian cuisine—both hot and cold—made by Executive Chef Jo Ann Pylmpton. Sample barbecue spare ribs with sesame honey sauce or pulled Kutobku pork drizzled in a mango lime sauce.

Translated in Mandarin as “steel,” The Gang Kitchen features industrial designs from the internationally praised architect Graham Downes. The restaurant serves up lunch through late-night dinner.

Along with the renovated Westfield UTC in La Jolla comes Arc Light Theaters. Arc Light is a unique theater experience that adds excitement and comfort for viewing pleasure. Enjoy plush seats, all reserved seating, state-of-the-art sight and sound, “black box” auditoriums and fewer distributions.

Just Crazy About Tiffany’s

Tiffany & Co. recently opened its second San Diego location at the Westfield UTC shopping center, just in time to put one of those infamous blue boxes under the tree. Designed with elements inspired by the Fifth Avenue flagship store, the 3,250-square-foot boutique opened as the company celebrates its 175th anniversary year.
