at Rancho Bernardo Inn's AVANT.
Lead by Chef de Cuisine Christopher Gentile, guests can enjoy various cooking classes at AVANT's Table 65 demo kitchen followed by dinner. AVANT's culinary team will present guests with the best cooking practices for extremely flavorful, healthful dishes inspired by locally sourced San Diego ingredients.
