Nastaran Parvizi is a managing partner and co-founder of Duisters & Parvizi. Parvizi was born in Iran and moved to Sweden where she was raised the majority of her life. After graduating high school, she moved to the United States and attended Georgia State University, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice. In order to help people recover from distress from unfortunate circumstances Parvizi pursued law. She moved to San Diego and attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law. At the same time she also attended The Guanghua Law School in Hangzhou, China as a visiting scholar. 

Parvizi worked for one of the most renowned criminal defense attorneys assisting in several high profile cases, but after witnessing first-hand the devastation of losing a loved one she recognized a need to assist families and preserve assets. As a result, she shifted her focus from criminal law to civil law and co-founded Duisters & Parvizi.

Daniel R. Gamez is an attorney that focuses exclusively in debt settlement. He is a graduate of Texas Christian University and received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. He served as an advocate for juvenile services both as a youth counselor and probation officer for several years. He rehabilitated a significant number of juveniles by keeping them out of long-term lock up facilities. Helping people made him realize that he should go to law school, so he enrolled in South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. Once he passed the bar, Daniel and his wife Jennifer moved to Southern California. 

He accumulated a lot of litigation experience during law school when he clerked with in-house counsel for a Texas insurance company defending claims. He was elected as an intern with 1st Court of Appeals after completing just one semester of law school. In 2005 Gamez accepted an offer to work at the San Diego Law Firm of Pite Duncan, LLP. After six years, he decided to return to some more personal work with helping people in debt settlement and freeing clients from debt once it is eliminated.
