Liz brings exceptional experience and insight to all her transactions with her background as a Certified Public Accountant, involvement in the San Diego community for the past 25 years and extensive knowledge of the San Diego real estate market. Selling residential real estate in La Jolla, Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, Solana Beach, Carmel Valley and many other local communities adds to her broad range of experience. From San Diego’s spectacular downtown and up the coastline, Liz is intimately familiar with local schools, sports, arts, and entertainment.
With roots in Detroit and New York, Liz grew up in a family deeply involved in Broadway Theater and entertainment. Liz graduated from the University of Michigan and practiced as a Certified Public Accountant for several years. In 1985, Liz moved to San Diego with her husband, Eye Surgeon Dr. Dan Coden. While raising her three children, Liz has been deeply involved in local public and private schools, managing youth sports teams, serving as a Girl Scout leader, and community service for several San Diego charities including the Monarch School for homeless children and Kids Korps. She is also currently a board member of the Lawrence Family JCC.
