Our first-place winner is Pauma Valley Country Club. This club is a private country club that is tucked away in the foothills of Palomar Mountain, in North County San Diego. It features one of the best golf courses in California and is always maintained at the highest level. The natural beauty surrounding the golf course gives breathtaking views from several of the holes. This club has been listed as one of the top 100 clubs in the U.S and top ten club in California by Golf Digest. The golf course is a traditional Robert Trent Jones Sr. design and has a spectacular layout with avocado and citrus groves all around to add to the ambiance.
Members enjoy the pool, tennis courts, fitness room, outdoor terrace and Grill room. The club has a very active golf community with many tournaments, clinics and lessons available for all ages and abilities, that cater towards your social life and game style. There are fun scrambles for less serious golfers and more competitive tournaments such as the annual Club Championship and Member-Guest Tournament.
There is The Grill restaurant that provides golfers with breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as nice happy hours with beautiful views and fire pits to lounge by. Many of the events are held here due to the nice location. There is also a fitness program for seniors as well as a lake house for guest to stay in while enjoying there time on the course.

Included are things like professional scoring, cart signs, personalized scorecards, bag drop, driving range, sound system, chef custom menu, chilled towels and registration. The staff at Morgan Run can also cater to charity outings, lessons, clinics, and meet and play events. If you want a post reception they can arrange that too with pre stocked boxed lunches. No matter what kind of event you are wanting to have they can arrange something for you that will fit your needs.
