One thing that makes Citrin stand out is his extensive personal knowledge in the workings of the nationally-recognized Rancho Santa Fe Trail System. Citrin is an avid horseman and owns an Arabian gelding, Billy The Kid, which he rides in the Fourth of July parade through the village of Rancho Santa Fe each year—because of this, Citrin understands the importance of horses and fine stables in the community. Living in and around the San Diego community, Citrin has dined at most local establishments and knows many of the local businesses and owners in the area.
Being fluent in Spanish affords Citrin the ability to comfortably present a high-end property bilingually. This is an asset because statistics show that the majority of future buyers in California will be of Hispanic descent. Citrin practices diplomacy in his communication style, is a team player, understands group dynamics and demonstrates excellent people and technological skills. Believing in the American Dream, Citrin has owned a portfolio of rental properties and owns the home in which he and his dogs live.
