4 large portobello mushrooms
1⁄2 tsp. garlic, finely minced
4 Havarti cheese slices
Leaf lettuce
2 beef patties, fully cooked Tomato slices
Radish sprouts
Onion slices
2 tbsp. mayonnaise Salt and pepper
1 tsp. EVOO
Instructions: Blend together mayonnaise, minced garlic and EVOO; set aside. Lightly brush EVOO on portobello mushrooms, sprinkle with salt and pepper and grill with medium–low heat for two minutes on each side. Plate bottom portobello and layer with mayo blend, then Havarti cheese, lettuce, beef patty, spouts, tomato, onion, more mayo blend and finally top with Portobello mushroom top.
