Look for Smart Substitutions and Inclusions
A good way to sneak more superfoods into your diet is to be on the lookout for easy recipe substitutions. For example, if you adore a good tuna noodle casserole or dinner of fish cakes, try substituting salmon—either fresh or canned—for the usual seafood. Or, if you normally enjoy a snack of chips and salsa, try chopping up an avocado into small chunks and mixing it in with the salsa.

If your memories of broccoli involve trying to gag down overcooked and mushy pieces of the veggie, look for other ways to prepare it other than boiling or steaming.
