Le Dimora Creates Your Dream Interior Design

[Updated] You've just built or purchased the home of your dreams; now it's time to apply the finishing touches with home furnishings that make it uniquely yours. Most homeowners look forward to this part of the journey, as there is a lot of creative freedom that comes with choosing colors, textures, fabrics and style genre. However, as fulfilling as it is, it can also be overwhelming. That's why so many clients have turned to Le Dimora to help guide them with key choices in style and scope and to assure each client a fruitful and satisfying experience.

Le Dimora’s unique collection of fine home furnishings, accessories and gifts have created quite a following in Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar, and North County's surrounding areas. Owners Maria Barry and Cindy Cerenzie are thrilled with the positive response and success they have enjoyed over the past three years at their showroom in the Del Rayo Shopping center in Rancho Santa Fe. To date, Le Dimora’s full interior design consultation service has transformed many homes in Rancho Santa Fe and Del Mar into works of art.

Entering Le Dimora's interior design showroom is like stepping into a House Beautiful photo shoot. Whether you're shopping for large furnishings or smaller accessories, each piece speaks to its land of origin and transports the viewer instantly. Numerous high-end name brands and one of a kind furnishings are available in almost every style imaginable. Barry and Cerenzie travel far and wide to hand select each item for their fine home furnishings collection. Their work takes them from the sandy beaches and Tuscan estates of Southern California, to the high-rise luxury apartments of Vancouver and down to the ocean front villas of Cabo San Lucas.

The two owners met as neighbors and developed a great friendship and business relationship. With Barry focusing on the artistic/design side of the business and Cerenzie managing the operations side, the combination has proven to be a recipe for success. Barry herself is available by appointment in the showroom to personally guide new and returning clients with interior design knowledge that is as large in scope as the international collections on display. In addition, the company employs six additional interior designers, all of which have extensive interior design experience and offer excellent advice both in-store and at scheduled home consultations.

Aside from its customer base, Le Dimora has become a go-to company for local builders staging custom homes. “Homes are upwards of 10,000 square feet are transformed in a little over a week with furniture, window coverings, accessories, plants, linens, and art,” says Barry. They are sold fully furnished to enthusiastic buyers who find “all they need to add are the groceries.” She adds, "Our extensive selection of accessories helps to complete and put the final touches on a home."

Their credentials and experience speak for themselves, but so do the numerous awards and accolades from the interior design industry. Maria Barry is an Allied ASID interior designer, has over 25 years experience in residential interior design, space planning, and new construction. Along with co-owner Cindy Cerenzie, they are recipients of Ranch and Coast Magazine’s “Best Designer” award for 5 consecutive years and winner of former Décor and Style’s “Home of the Year." On 2011, they won "Best Furniture Store" and "Best Accessories" from a Ranch and Coast reader's pole.
