The Viv Hotel's Top of The V is proud to welcome Whitney Chapman as the new Restaurant Manager. Whitney brings with her a wealth of experience and a passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences. With a background as a sommelier and a focus on wine education, Whitney's expertise is a perfect complement to the sophisticated offerings at Top of The V.
A Legacy of Excellence
Whitney joins Top of The V from Lorimar Winery in Temecula, where she managed hospitality and brought her wine knowledge to the forefront of the guest experience. Her career also includes significant roles at McClain Cellars in Irvine and Europa Village Winery and Resort in Temecula, where she excelled as Tasting Room Supervisor, Tour Supervisor, Wine Educator, and Agent du Vin. Her dedication to wine education is evident through her Level 2 certification with distinction from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET), and she is currently pursuing her Level 3 certification.
Continuing the Pursuit of Excellence

Under Whitney's leadership, guests can expect the continuation of the restaurant's tradition of excellence. With creative Spanish dishes expertly crafted by Chef Nate McCoy and a selection of local craft beers, fine wines, and innovative cocktails, every visit promises to be a culinary delight.
The restaurant is open weekly on Wednesday and Thursday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. For reservations, visit Top of The V or make a reservation on OpenTable.
