Chef Brad Wise of Fort Oak restaurant in Mission Hills unveiled plans to relaunch the award-winning restaurant’s popular tasting menu experience perfectly timed to coincide with the changing of the season. Only offered on Wednesdays starting September 23 through Wednesday, October 14, the fall-focused menu will be paired with wine & cocktails by wine director Ben Zuba and bar manager Jessica Stewart. The price is $150 per person for the 8+ course tasting and beverage pairings. There are two seating times available at 5:15 p.m. and 8:15 p.m. Reservations are required.
