Deanna’s Gluten Free Burger Buns
Tomato slices
Avocado slices
Onion slices
8 oz. beef chorizo Mayonnaise
8 oz. ground beef Jalapeño slices (optional) 4 oz. Cotija cheese, grated
Blend chorizo and ground beef together and make 4 patties; pan fry and set aside to drain grease. Warm Cotija cheese in microwave for 20–30 seconds. Form two thin rounds, add to top of cooling chorizo/ beef patties.Spread mayonnaise on each side of Deanna’s Gluten Free Burger Buns, plate bottom bun, add avocado, meat patty with Cotija cheese, then tomato slice, onion slice, jalapeño slices, more avocado and finally the top bun.
