Gluten free finger sandwiches

Deanna's Garden Fresh Finger Sandwiches

Deanna’s Gluten–Free Multigrain Bread, lightly toasted

Cucumber

Tomato

Avocado

Red onion

Radish sprouts

Cream cheese

Sea salt and fresh ground pepper

Slice all veggies thinly. Slather cream cheese on Deanna’s Bread, top with cucumber slices, followed by tomatoes, avocado, onion, salt and pepper and finally the radish sprouts. Leave open–faced or top with cream cheese and Deanna’s Bread. Cut into rectangular strips and serve.

Salmon Finger Sandwiches

Deanna's Salmon Finger Sandwiches

Deanna’s Gluten–Free Multigrain Bread, lightly toasted

Smoked salmon slices

Cucumber slices

Cream cheese

Capers

Red onion

Slather cream cheese on Deanna’s Bread, top with salmon and cucumber slices, followed by onion, capers, salt and pepper. Leave open–faced or top with cream cheese and Deanna’s Bread. Cut into rectangular strips and serve.

Deanna's Cucumber Asparagus Finger Sandwiches

Deanna’s Gluten–Free Multigrain Bread, lightly toasted

Cucumber

Asparagus

Hummus

Radish slices

Cut asparagus same length as bread, steam for three minutes, set aside. Slice cucumber thinly, spread hummus on Deanna’s Bread, top with asparagus, followed by more hummus, then cucumber. Leave open–faced or top with hummus and Deanna’s Bread. Cut into rectangular strips and serve.
