Located 60 miles north of San Diego, the scenic, serene locale of Temecula lives up to its Indian meaning as "The Valley of Joy." With a Mediterranean climate, vistas of vine-covered rolling hills, beautiful wineries and sprawling horse ranches, it has an irresistible charm that has made it one of the most rapidly growing areas in Southern California.

Stationed within this picturesque area is a dealership known for doing things the ‘Right Way’ – Toyota of Temecula Valley. They take immense pride in the status of Toyota, which has long been recognized as an industry leader in the manufacturing and production of high-quality, top-selling cars. At this unique, family-owned dealership, one of the world’s most popular cars comes with welcoming, hometown support, which blends the incredible value of Toyota with a world class sales and service department.
Toyota of Temecula creates a friendly, family atmosphere, where the needs of the customers are always looked after, where every client is seen as a member of their family, and where the customer truly always come first. It is this attitude that is mirrored in everything the dealership does, providing their clientele with the highest level of professionalism, service and integrity (traits often viewed as being rare in the car buying/service industry). As a personal friend of owner, Dan Atwood, it is clear that the dealership reflects the same outstanding values he exhibits in every aspect of his life.
Dan Atwood is extremely focused and involved in the daily operations of the dealership. But in addition to this, he is also deeply involved in the community, and passionate about supporting local charities. For instance, he and his family offer their estate as a location for many important charity events every year, such as Denim & Diamonds – a fundraiser to benefit Safe Alternatives for Everyone (SAFE), whose efforts provide life-saving domestic-violence prevention and intervention programs, as well as services to children and families in the community. This event and events like it that Atwood/Toyota of Temecula host/sponsor successfully raise critical funds for the ongoing services of the charities they support.
The Atwood’s have also been involved with donating to Project Touch, an organization who works to overcome homelessness and find methods of homeless prevention. As a partner in their fight, they have donated vehicles for their use and for those in need.
This type of care is the driving factor that has lead to the success of Toyota of Temecula Valley and is reflected in all who work for the dealership. In a world where "good enough" has too often become a norm, they are quite extraordinary.
Recently (only a few years ago) the dealership also decided it was time to make larger commitments to their customers in the area of service, as well as to address the growing demand and popularity of their cars. To do this, Toyota of Temecula Valley worked to expand their state-of-the-art facility by adding 24 new service bays, an onsite service manager office, more Toyota Certified Technicians and increased the support staff. This has allowed them to offer the VERY best in terms of Toyota expertise to both existing and new clientele at competitive prices.

In addition to these improvements and commitments, Toyota of Temecula Valley also expanded their customer lounge by adding a separate quiet room, which includes a collection of books that guests may read on their visit or, if they wish, even take with them to return on their next visit. There are also couches and desk workstations where guests can work on their laptops with the dealership’s complimentary wifi. On the other hand, the regular customer lounge has a television with a coffee station, water, and fresh fruit and cookies, working to make their customers feel at home – just like family members would expect.
This is all a reflection of what is most important to the dealership: purely to earn the right to continue taking care of their loyal customers, and welcoming new ones into their family.
As family members taking care of family members, from sales to service…trust me…it’s worth the drive.
