Carmine’s is a restaurant located in the Forum Shops at Caesars Hotel where you can find an amazing dessert known as the Titanic Sundae. This dessert consists of six massive scoops of ice cream served on a chocolate tart, finished off with hot fudge, fruit, chocolate wafer straws, and whipped cream. Gordon Ramsay has a number of restaurants in Las Vegas, including Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen and Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, which are both found at Caesars Palace. Not only do both of these restaurants offer an incredible dining experience but they also have one of the best takes on a traditional dessert, the sticky toffee pudding.
If you want to try a variation of the sticky toffee pudding you can head over to one of Gordon Ramsay’s other restaurants in Las Vegas, Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips, which is located at the LINQ Promenade. Here you can get the classic sticky toffee pudding in the form of a milkshake, which will be sure to give you the sugar rush you crave whilst keeping you cool in the Nevada heat.
The Strip House

This one is for all of the chocolate lovers out there! The Strip House is based at the Planet Hollywood Resort and has one of the most special desserts on this list: a 24-layer chocolate cake that consists of 12 layers of mouth-watering chocolate cake, squeezed together with 11 layers of velvety smooth chocolate filling. The entire cake is finished with a layer of French chocolate ganache. The cake weighs 18 pounds, with a single slice weighing an incredible 1 1/2 pounds. You’ll need to bring some friends with you if you want to try out this monster of a dessert!
Jaleo
If you are looking for a more traditional style of dessert then you should definitely check out Jaleo, which can be found at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. One of the most popular desserts on their menu is the flan, which is created using the same recipe used by Jose Andres’ mother. The dessert is a truly authentic Spanish treat that is said to transport people back to their childhoods. Flan is a creamy and smooth dessert that also keeps you cool during the height of summer.
