Dedicated to chefs and home cooks of all levels, Alchemy of the Hearth - a school for culinary instruction, offering classes, private lessons, tastings and tours - strongly advocates and supports the creation of good meals that are shared between family and friends. Recently, the World of Chocolate Tasting, hosted by Chef Arleen Lloyd, explored the various facets of chocolate; students learned basic skills for working with chocolate, how to make a basic truffle and had the opportunity to make chocolate-dipped strawberries.
