Rancho Santa Fe – This Sunday, May 19, is the launch of Mille Fleurs’ – Bertrand Hug’s highly-regarded French-Californian restaurant – new Sunday brunch, which will be served weekly between 10:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on their charming patio. While admiring the beautiful wisteria, this long-awaited brunch menu will includes stand outs such as:
· Scrambled Eggs in Their Shell, Topped with Caviar, Chives and Crème Fraîche
· Chino Farm Vegetable Frittata with Basil Oil, Sour Cream and Fresh Herbs
· Alsation Onion Tart with Applewood Smoked Bacon, Caraway Seeds and Green Salad
· Hanger Steak with Hen Egg "Sunny Side Up" in a Red Wine Shallot Sauce with Broccoli and Potato Croquettes
And if your mouth isn’t already watering…in addition to these delicious creations, Mille Fleurs’ mixologists have added a collection of sweet and savory brunch cocktails, which include five Bloody Marys and cocktails like the Lavender Peach Bellini, Mimosas with Rancho Santa Fe Orange Juice, and the Santa Fe Strawberry with locally sourced berries.
