In 2013, Linda, a 54 year old woman with 2 children and a marriage of over 25 years, walked into my office about her ongoing divorce. She had 3 attorneys over 3 years in the messy and expensive case. Bullied by her husband and his team of attorneys both in and out of court, her previous attorneys had failed her. The day she hired my office I told her it was a new day in her case. We immediately won a substantial attorney’s fee award so she could stay in the fight. Later we put her husband on the witness stand and exposed him for who he truly was, a liar and a bully. By the end of the case, Linda had 95% custody, tripled her financial support and the community home which she had been excluded from for over 4 years was hers.
