Five hundred Library supporters contributed more than $600,000 to support innovative programming and technology at the San Diego Public Library Foundation’s third annual Celebration Under the Dome event. The October 7th event featured multiple book-themed parties on three floors of the Central Library downtown, as well as breathtaking views, delicious food, craft cocktails and top-notch entertainers such as Super Diamond, B-Side Players, Ryan Hiller and Casey Hensley Band. The San Diego Public Library Foundation is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering excellence in the San Diego Public Library system.Â
