Haute 2 Trot Fashion Show Rocked the Del Mar Plaza

The Del Mar Plaza was the place to be on Thursday, as FINE Magazine hosted the 2^nd Annual Haute 2 Trot Fashion Show. The event supported Junior Achievements of San Diego, which helps young people become successful business people, community leaders, and entrepreneurs. The festivities started at 6pm o the evening of July 7^th with food, beverages, entertainment, and of course a fashion show. The night air was filed with music from Billy Fedak and a special mix by DJ Dan Production 35. There was also a live dance performance from the Violet Vixens.

The Haute 2 Trot guests were, of course, wearing the best of their racetrack fashion. With Selfie Station available for guests to take snap shots of their evening, everyone received the VIP treatment. Cocktails and food were available for party-goers throughout the night. The fashion show began at 8:30pm, showcasing this season's newest and hottest looks for the racetrack. 

Haute 2 Trot would not have been possible without our amazing sponsors, including the San Diego Chargers, the Del Mar Racetrack, Sunfresh Flowers, Ideal Match, American Portfolio Mortgage, Recreation Before Responsibility Inc., and Image Spa.

Some of the fashions presented at the show include Gary’s Studio and Peaches en Regalia, both located in the Del Mar Plaza. Style on the Go, Coco Rose and Queen Eileen, Satori Designs, and Carol Bader Design all made a strong showing on our runway. We also had Made in Earth, Vixen Boutique, MK Collaboration, and Recreation Before Responsibility gracing the runway. The models had their hair and makeup taken care of by Headlines the Salon, Haim Ltd Salon, and Gila Rut. 

Our guests were treated to nonalcoholic beverages throughout the night from Aloe Gloe, Solar Rain, Huberts Lemonade, and OH Juice. There was wine from local wineries such as Coomber Family Winery and Jackson Family Winery; liquor was provided by St. Petersburg Vodka, Novo Brazil, U4RIK, Sakura Vodka, and Tequila La Jolla. We had Rotisserie Affair, Tio Leo’s Del Mar, Lumpia City, Bice Ristorante, Pacifica Del Mar, Pernicanio’s and Il Fornaio serving samples of their delicious cuisine all night long. The night’s food was topped off with treats from Botegga Italiana, Jeni’s Cookies & More, Deanna's Gluten Free Bakery, Edible Arrangements, and Crispy Fruit.

The plaza had numerous vendors showcasing their wares. Current Solar, Papion, and Accelerated Academics offered tons of great information at Haute 2 Trot. A few other vendors included Arbonne, A'risto Lashes, Krystal Productions, and Rodan & Fields. Accessories are just as important as the outfit! Couture by the Sea, Sterling Scott, Grazia Belle by Elle Di Inc, Pashn, Vixon, and Moonsmilk Jewelry all had a fashionable booth to showcase their beautiful items. Thanks to Deena Von Yokes and Joe Cuviello, the organizers of our esteemed hat contest, two lucky winners walked away with prizes. Kelle Ybarra won first place in our Glamorous hat contest, while Aimme Meals won first place in our Outrageous hat contest.

Our VIP guests went home with some amazing goodie bags at the end of the night! Current Solar, Haim Salon, Darling Biscotti, Arbonne, Muttropolis, Crispy Fruit, and Huberts Lemonade sponsored the VIP goodie bags.
