OPUS, the annual San Diego Symphony opening of the season gala, was held Saturday, October 8th. The evening began with a festive cocktail reception in the Symphony Towers Lobby. Guests then went up to University Club atop Symphony Towers for an exclusive dinner. The evening’s concert featured the San Diego Symphony Orchestra with singers Michael Feinstein and Patti Austin, conducted by Thomas Wilkins in the Copley Symphony Hall at the Jacobs Music Center. Following the concert, gala attendees, musicians and guests continued the festivities in the elaborate after-party at The University Club.
