St. Patrick's Day in San Diego!

San Diego shamRock!

Once again, San Diego will be celebrating the annual San Diego shamRock for the 23rd year. San Diego’s biggest St Patrick’s Day event will be held on Friday, March 17th from 6pm to midnight in the Gaslamp Quarter. The celebration begins on G and F Street downtown and between 5th and 7th Avenue, as well as on 6th Avenue between G and E Street. The celebration is so spectacular it will leave you wanting more. Downtown will be covered green with the streets covered in astroturf for miles. This block party scene will have three stages, non-stop music, and plenty of green beer and Irish whiskey. Enjoy the various rock Irish and Celtic bands, plus top Djs across three stages. Also experience the hottest plaid-clad go-go dancers and traditional Irish for the perfect way to end a great St Patrick’s Day. Ticket prices for the event start at $35 for General Admission and $80 for the VIP treatment. So go green and enjoy this spectacular event with your friends.

The Dublin Square Irish Pub

If you're looking for that traditional bar and pub experience, head on down to The Dublin Square Irish Pub on 4th Avenue. Each day they offer something special, such as specialty cocktails and breakfast. Leading up to the big day, there will be live entertainment for the majority of the nights. San Diego Pub Crawl

And last but not least, don’t forget to check out the San Diego World Famous Pub Crawl. Offering over a dozen venues along the Gaslamp District, it’s one of the largest in the nation. After you purchase your ticket, you are given a road map to all of the bars in the area where they offer mind-numbing drink specials. Register now so you don’t miss out on these amazing deals. Participants must be 21 or over and have the option of wearing a costume or something green. Tickets can be purchased online and prices range from $7 to $45 depending on what you want. Discounts are offered when you purchase more than one ticket.
