Steel Kitchen
For a kick of Asian flare, try Gang Kitchen located off 6th Avenue in the heart of downtown. Created by Jon Mangini, Gang Kitchen brings cool and casual fresh Asian cuisine—both hot and cold—made by Executive Chef Jo Ann Pylmpton. Sample barbecue spare ribs with sesame honey sauce or pulled Kutobku pork drizzled in a mango lime sauce.

Translated in Mandarin as "steel," The Gang Kitchen features industrial designs from the internationally praised architect Graham Downes. The restaurant serves up lunch through late-night dinner.
