In celebrating a season of giving, we unveil this month Leonard Simpson’s "10 Best Dressed in San Diego." Ten female and ten male honorees are chosen annually based solely on their contributions and support of local charitable organizations. As an open letter to those nominated, as well as countless others for your efforts, here’s to you:
We congratulate and applaud your spirit of generosity and giving; your efforts and community involvement are much appreciated, and we celebrate your commitment to making a difference. William Wordsworth, an English poet, once said, "That best portion of a good man’s life; his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and love" – and we couldn’t agree more. We salute your kindness and your compassion, but most of all, we thank you for your continued dedication in making San Diego ‘American’s FINEST City.’
