Amazing Alcohol at the Carlsbad Forum's Spring Xposure

Another year, another Spring Xposure has come and gone! But we have no time to be sad; no, instead we should all celebrate the wonderful vendors who helped make the 5th annual Spring Xposure the best fashion show we’ve ever had! Without further ado, here are the incredible alcohol providers from our Spring Xposure fashion show!

Estate D’Iacobelli Winery

Right by the entrance to our Spring Xposure, Estate D’Iacobelli Winery was one of the busiest booths of the night! The winery grows their own grapes in Temecula and makes their own wine in Fallbrook, where they have recently opened a tasting room!

Carruth Cellars

Carruth Cellars is located in the Cedros Design District of Solana Beach. Their grapes are sourced from vineyards in Northern California, and their wines are all fermented, barreled, aged, and bottled right here in San Diego! Carruth Cellars brought both a Cabernet and a Sauvignon Blanc to our Spring Xposure!

The Coomber Family Ranch Winery

The Coomber Family Ranch Winery is a local winery from Encinitas that brought a wide selection of their delicious creations to our Spring Xposure event! And what makes the Coomber Family Ranch Winery stand out? They donate 5% of their revenue to local animal welfare organizations. Naturally, they were enthused about the Spring Xposure charity Shelter to Soldier!

Bella Mar Spirits

Bella Mar Spirits is a local producer of vodka known for making GMO-free and gluten-free products made with natural ingredients. Bella Mar Spirits brought some of their delicious flavored vodka to Spring Xposure for our VIP guests to savor and enjoy!

Mediterraneo Taste

Mediterraneo Taste is a company based out of Orange County that is determined to promote a healthy and delicious Mediterranean diet. In addition to offering traditional and unique Mediterranean wines like they brought to Spring Xposure, Mediterraneo Taste also offers amazing olive oils and terrific tapas.

NOVO Brazil Brewing Company

NOVO Brazil Brewing Company is located in Chula Vista and offers California beer with a Brazilian soul. They brought two mouthwatering brews to our Spring Xposure: an amazing stout and a fabulous fruity beer.

Mike Hess Brewing Co

With two different types of delicious beer on tap, Mike Hess Brewing Co offered up a foamy, thirst-quenching addition to the nearby Buffalo Wild Wings. Mike Hess Brewing Co is a local San Diego brewery that is a must-make-stop for anyone in Miramar! 

Jackson Family Wines

Jackson Family Wines was a welcome addition to our Spring Xposure boozey beverages! They brought some of their smooth and fruity wines to our event, leaving everyone who approached their table yearning for another glass! The Jackson Family Wines also served wine from La Crema Winery in Northern California.

U4RIK

U4RIK is an award-winning tequila company that prides itself on being smooth and versatile. Their agave is hand-selected, so only the finest agave is used in the making of their tequila. U4RIK brought their fantastic tequila to our Spring Xposure event. Located in between the band and the runway, U4RIK was the must-hit booth for all of our rockers of the night!

Top Shelf Parties

Because what’s a party without an open bar? Top Shelf Parties provided our Spring Xposure event with their sweet bartending services. They mixed unique and flirty cocktails and worked quickly to keep up with the inevitable demand of an open bar - there’s a reason Top Shelf is FINE’s go-to bartending service. Trust us, for our next wedding or soiree, Top Shelf wins any day!
