Are You a Yuccie Traveler?

Welcome, The Traveling World Of Yuccies.

Realistically I had no idea what Yuccies were until I researched them. According to the world wide web, they are considered to be the newest hipsters in the millennials day and age. Yuccies are young urban creative. They are people who are quite interesting if you ask me and to be quite honest, I may have had a few friends in college that could be categorized in this topic. The way they dress, the way they talk, and the way they travel is quite intriguing. Apparently, they are to be looked upon as creative individuals, which they are. 

These creative individuals take being a hipster to a whole new level with traveling. They are more intrigued in learning than a normal individual and want to be able to make a profit from their dreams. But as this has nothing to do with the way they travel, I think they are quite interesting people if you ask me. You see Yuccies are very relaxed and laid back individuals who more or so enjoy the outdoors and nature for that matter. At least this is what I think they enjoy. Many are individuals who enjoy backpacking around the world. In fact, backpacking around the world has become a new fad I am seeing everywhere. 

Yuccies want to unveil the travel aspect of a place. They want to learn about the culture, the food, the place in which they are visiting. For instance, if they are traveling to Germany, one would want to explore Frankfurt. They would like to understand the culture a little bit more instead of just what they see on the internet or in magazines. They like to unravel little things about where they are traveling to and as that is not a bad thing, it is a good thing. 

According to the media updates, Yuccies enjoy traveling to places in which they are unique and not many visit. Places like coffee shops, restaurants, and countries that are off the radar, and not many visit. But, one place I know they enjoy visiting despite the fact they are more popular. Places like Woodstock, New York, are where you can find many in these young urban creative people. It is a unique place, which showcases art and most of all nature. However, there are many shops that are based off of just art and whatnot. This would definitely be one place that I could at least see Yuccies traveling to. They’re not scared to try new things or step out of their comfort zone. Not that Woodstock, New York is stepping out of your comfort zone, I just think it is quite unique and very intriguing; especially for people like Yuccies.  As you grow up different people groups become more intriguing or become up and coming just as they were in earlier times and for this part of time it is the Yuccies and what they enjoy most. And that is traveling.
