Interview with Dante Vulgar

Dante Vulgar has made its name known as one of the finest luxury watch brand options at a reasonable price tag. After showcasing a sample of their collection at this year’s Spring Xposure Fashion Show, Dante Vulgar has proven to consumers they are nothing short of stylish. Their collection of watches, as well as jewelry and sunglasses, cater to the needs of everyone, leaving you looking sharp for your next night out on the town.

What was the inspiration to create Dante Vulgar? Why watches?

I have a complete passion for creating and designing accessories for men and women. It's an extension and a symbol of who you are as a person. Watches were always my first love, so they were the easiest for me to design and understand.  

What distinguishes Dante Vulgar from other luxury watch brands?

I believe the difference starts in the inception and the story of Dante Vulgar. Watches generally have one purpose, which is to display the time to the owner, but we have [to] be able to offer a product that looks, feels, and exhibits an image of class without impacting the bank account.

What options do consumers have in their watch choices?

We offer a full assortment of band choices, between our 100% Genuine Leather band straps to our top selling Milanese Stainless Steel Adjustable Straps, which we have in various colors. We also have Bezel Crystal additions. We have Onyx Black and Clear Crystal Stones Bezel that demands attention to the Vulgari Royale.

Where do your ideas come from in the design process?

We have conducted countless hours of brand research, and ultimately it comes from the desire to offer something that provides product differentiation. In the world of watches, there are so many designs––many people end up creating something along the lines of a traditional Rolex. We wanted to offer something that you could easily distinguish and recognize as a Dante Vulgar Timepiece without difficultly. 

Are there any upcoming projects that you are excited for?

We have few additions (like a completely dedicated women's watch collection), and we are entertaining a makeover of our current Vulgari Royale, along with items that will be available later this year. 

Do you have anything additional you'd like to add?

We would like to thank everyone that contributed and offered their time, trust, and business in Dante Vulgar. We want expand into various fields of fashion and accessories, as our overall intention is to be recognized for more than just timepieces and watches. We hope to create a great story, as the true goal is inspire someone. Inspiration is one of the most desired and free things we can do as individuals.
