Laughs 4 Warriors Annual Gala

Take a night off and indulge in a little relaxation with an evening of fantastic food and hilarious entertainment at the Laughs4Warriors event. Benefiting the Us4Warriors organization, this charity event is poised to keep a constant smile on your face the entire night. And with exciting events and comedians, the evening is set to be an unforgettable charity that rehabilitates veterans of the past and present. The three-featured comedians for the evening’s entertainment are the veterans of comedy; Erik Knowles, Will C, and Ibo Brewer, all well-versed in making any crowd laugh. 

The annual dinner and gala event features a handful of creative comedians that work their magic and get the whole room in an uproar of laughter. VIP seating is available along with the presence of special guests throughout the evening. There are even live auctions! These exhilarating displays of competition are more than just entertaining to watch; the prizes are of real worth, some consisting of paid for vacations and even celebrity dinners. It’s going to be a night full of fellowship and good nature with a multitude of options.

The fun begins on July 29th, from 6 pm–11 pm for a total of five hours to get your laughs in and your live auction bids set. The gala will take place at the Marina Village in the Conference Center Bayview Room in San Diego. Us4Warriors is an foundation dedicated to enriching the lives of past and present military warriors and their families. Established by veterans for veterans and active-duty members, this volunteer organization sets out to not only care for this group of individuals, but to build up skills and knowledge to provide for themselves and their family.

The outreach Us4Warriors provides to the community and the veterans could not exist without the extensive time and effort poured out by over 200 volunteers who make the organization’s mission a reality. These individuals take the time out of their week to interact one on one with veterans and help them find bigger and better opportunities. The fulfillment and positivity produced from helping out a fellow human being is unimaginable and entirely worth the extra hours.

Just like the superstar volunteers who work tirelessly to change the game for veterans, a good majority of those involved in the outreach and Laughs4Warriors work long hours and are veterans themselves with first-hand knowledge of the hardships our troops and their families face when in and out of the military. Specifically, the organization’s gala hires veteran vendors who own their own businesses to exemplify the complete 180 a warrior can take once given the tools to rebuild.
