Another elegant evening of drinks, food, fashions, and luxury cars took place on March 30th drawing affluent crowds from San Diego and surrounding areas. Hosted by FINE Magazine in partnership with the stunning event venue, The Rancho Santa Fe Motor Club & Storage, the 6th annual Spring Xposure Fashion & Auto Show was a classic success story. Drinks flowed, new friends were made and laughter ensued, all the while backstage things were really heating up. A line up of notable designers showed their collections on the runway this year, featuring everything from sexy pastel lingerie’s, to illuminating evening wear.

An opening collection to remember, Gloria Guerrero deigns captivated the crowd with daring revelations and romantic red & black coloring. Her line showcases innovation and sophistication with flowing fabrics that danced down the runway effortlessly.

All eyes were on the Jolie Femme Deux boutique collection, and with offerings as charming as they were, that shouldn’t come as much of a surprise. The runway heated up with sensual, soft spring colored garter belts, stockings, bras and strappy bodysuits, all of which formed a cohesive taste of what the boutique has in store.

Embracing the Spring theme of the Spring Xposure, Satori designs offered a breath of fresh air to the show. Flirty and feminine dresses with colorful patterns made for a cohesive look that was all too desirable for the free spirited female.

Taking the crowed on a cultural journey elevated by a high fashion vibe, Alena Kalana stunned viewers with a one-of-a-kind collection. The designer’s passion for exploration was evident in her collection, which had everyone doing a double take. Custom made shoe covers were put on each models shoe, for a complete head to toe look, while long oversized hoods, detailed pattern work, and exposed midriffs gave of a vibe of creative genius.

A San Diego accessory favorite, the crowd was joyous when Aimee Fullers eclectic hat collection made its mark on the runway. Feathers and fascinators in vibrant spring colors set the tone for her showing, drawing appeal from women of all demographics who desire an upscale and fun wardrobe.

Vixen Boutique gave us a taste of their on-trend, young and flirty pieces, all of which can be purchased in their local shop. Cute crop tops with patterned maxi skirts, tiny denim shorts and asymmetrical black velvet dresses were especially appealing to the masses of female festival goers.

A creative and bold collection that was masterfully designed by Oseas certainly didn’t hold back! From Asymmetrical cuts, to mesh and fashion forward fabric tears, Each piece was unique and boundary pushing, creating a cohesive high fashion look for men.

Lisseth Corrao
The finale was owned by none other than Lisseth Corrao’s Gold collection. Evening gowns and short cocktail dresses dazzled the runway with flashy gold sequin, perfectly placed lace, and goddess like flow. The collection was inspired by artist John Singer Sargant and his fascination with illumination and femininity, neither of which were left behind in Lisseths show stopping collection.
