Spring Xposure Brought Delectable Food to Carlsbad Forum

The 5th annual Spring Xposure fashion show wowed the world, partly due to all of the yummy food and beverages at our Spring Xposure event! We’ve already sang the praises of our alcohol providers and our fashionistas. Now, take a look at all of the wonderful food and beverage companies that dazzled at our Spring Xposure, 2016!

Ara Lebanese Grill

Ara Lebanese Grill in San Marcos serves traditional Lebanese recipes. At our Spring Xposure event, Ara Lebanese Grill brought hummus, pita, and moist falafel for our lucky guests to savor and enjoy!

Bice Ristorante

Bice Ristorante is an Italian restaurant located in Downtown San Diego. Bice Ristorante offers mouth-watering, upscale Italian cuisine perfect for people craving fine food. Bice brought some of their delicious warm food to Spring Xposure!

Buca di Beppo

It’s one of the most famous Italian restaurant chains in the country, and we were lucky enough to have Buca di Beppo at our Spring Xposure event. Fine Italian favorites wowed the crowd all evening with Buca di Beppo's delectable dishes!

Buffalo Wild Wings

This was the booth for any true man’s man. Buffalo Wild Wings is located all over the state, including in Oceanside, San Marcos, and Encinitas. Buffalo Wild Wings served sweet honey wings, as well as their traditional spicy buffalo wings, at Spring Xposure.

Casa De Bandini

Because who doesn’t love fresh guacamole? Casa De Bandini, located in the prestigious Carlsbad Forum, served fun and festive fresh Mexican food at our 5th annual Spring Xposure event, including chips, meat, and all the usual fixings! 

Huberts Lemonade

Huberts Lemonade is well-known for making the best, most flavorful lemonade in town. Whether it’s their Strawberry Lemonade, Watermelon Lemonade, or Classic Lemonade, Huberts is always thirst-quenching. 

Illy Coffee

Illy Coffee was a true star of our Spring Xposure event. This Italian coffee company produces cool and delicious espresso drinks you can savor on the go. You can never fail with something both sweet and caffeinated! 

Jimbo's... Naturally

Of course, if sweet coffee wasn’t to your taste, then Jimbo’s Naturally was your coffee stop at our Spring Xposure event. Served alongside delectable biscotti, Jimbo’s Naturally provided strong coffee (and decaf) to help you party all night long.

OH! Juice

OH! Juice is a San Diego-born company that prides itself on using organic, healthy, and nutritious ingredients in their colorful juice. Whether you love veggies, fruit, or chia seeds, OH! Juice has something for everyone.

Panera Bread

Delicious cookies greeted the Spring Xposure guests at the check-in table, courtesy of Panera Bread! From sugar cookies to chocolate chip, Panera Bread provided a sweet treat for everyone prior to the festivities.

Pernicano's Ristorante

Pernicano’s Ristorante is a family-owned Italian restaurant in Rancho Penasquitos that served a delicious Chipotle chicken pasta to our Spring Xposure guests. With mouthwatering pizza and family recipes, Pernicano’s Ristorante is a can’t-miss Italian joint.

Red Oven

Red Oven is a local, mobile pizza company that creates fresh made, wood-oven pizzas from local ingredients selected from a farmer’s market. Red Oven brought their oven straight to Spring Xposure to cook individual pizzas for every guest!

Rotisserie Affair

Rotisserie Affair is a southern California company that caters special events, making fresh rotisseries cooked on site! Rotisserie Affair’s scrumptious meats were succulent and created an intoxicating aroma that washed over the entire Spring Xposure event!

San Diego Cake Pop Shop

Available online and at local fairs and events, San Diego Cake Pop Shop makes decadent, bite-sized treats perfect for any occasion. San Diego Cake Pop Shop provided some sweet dessert options at our Spring Xposure event, including red velvet, chocolate, and vanilla cake pops. 

Solar Rain

Every VIP guest at Spring Xposure was treated to water from Solar Rain! Solar Rain harvests, vaporizes, and purifies their water here in San Diego County, and it is always made fresh! Containing no chemicals or hormones, Solar Rain is your one-stop-shop for hydration!

Which Wich

At our Spring Xposure event, having an easy, handheld sandwich allowed our guests to walk around and enjoy each and every vendor booth. Which Wich produces delicious, healthy sandwiches of the highest quality.
