Over 340 guests attended The Old Globe’s 2016 Gala: A Night of Revels, at the Globe’s historic campus in Balboa Park. The net proceeds from this black-tie event will benefit the theatre’s artistic and arts engagement activities. "The 2016 Globe Gala: A Night of Revels, was an extraordinary success," said Old Globe Board Chair Vicki L. Zeiger. "It was a thrill to see our guest performer, Leslie Odom, Jr., bring his amazing talent to the stage, and our guests loved the dinner and dancing on [the] beautiful plaza. On behalf of the Globe’s Board of Directors, I thank everyone—the chairs, the donors, the Board and the staff—who contributed to the success of this evening."
