
Cherry Tomatoes Tarragon
Enjoy a delicious tomato side dish easy enough for anyone to make! Cherry tomatoes, tarragon, and simple herbs are a treat.
2 lbs. Assorted Cherry Tomatoes
4 - 6 Sprigs of Fresh Tarragon
½ Cup Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Granulated Garlic
½ Teaspoon Pepper
¼ Teaspoon Sea Salt
Preheat oven to 375° Boil Water in 4 quart pot. Wash tomatoes. Prepare to blanch. Carefully place tomatoes in boiling water until skins begin to crack (for approximately 2–3 minutes). Immediately remove from water, drain, and place in 9 x 13 baking pan. Top with olive oil, granulated garlic, sea salt, and pepper. Top tomatoes with fresh tarragon evenly throughout. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
