This month, on January 15th–17th, the Del Mar Fairgrounds is holding their annual Gem Faire. Not only can you buy beads and gems, but you can learn everything you need to know about them at this event. Topics of discussion range from gem history, to how to purchase or make your own beads, to what contemporary artists are making right now. This event is a must–attend for every jewelry lover in San Diego!
If you make your own jewelry, you can find many bead–making tools at the Gem Faire, such as magnifiers and display cases, along with a variety of supplies. This event supplies and sells everything, from boxes to all the numerous types of beads you might need to make that perfect gift.
Beads made from glass, wood, seeds, pearsl, crystal, gemstones, gold, silver, and lampwork will be available at the Del Mar Gem Faire. More than seventy exhibitors from around the world will be there to show clients their goods and offer the best possible manufacturer’s prices. If jewelry making is not your thing but you love to wear jewelry (because who doesn't?), then you can still find treasures at this event! They have many interesting rings and necklaces there for purchase. Who knows? Maybe the gem faire is the perfect place to find a gorgeous piece of bling for your honey—just in time for Valentine's!
This Gem Faire is one of the largest gem, jewelry and bead shows in the United States, with fifty different shows happening every year all around the country. The Gem Faire dealers are direct importers, wholesalers and manufactures, so when you purchase from them, you are buying directly from the source. There are also cool prizes to win when you enter one of the drawings they have every hour, so don't miss out on that.
The Gem Faire is the best place for all your gems needs, with everything available all under one roof!
