Miracles Babies 8th Annual Gala Celestial Serenade was held September 23 at Rancho Valencia Resort. Miracle Babies provides support and financial assistance to families with critically ill newborns in the neonatal intensive care unit, and enhances the well-being of women, children, and their families through education, prevention, and medical care.
