Steve Madden Brings Style to Summer

Who doesn't love a good pair of shoes? Men, women, and children alike all get excited for a new pair of shoes. We show them off to our friends, family, co-workers, and just about anyone who will look and listen to you talk about your new shoes. Platform Heels: Stilettos out, platforms in. Now don't get me wrong, a beautiful pair of black stilettos will always be in. But in terms of comfort and trends, platforms are the way to go. They're comfortable, easier to walk in than stilettos, and always come in more colors than you can imagine. At Steve Madden our top selling platform heel is the Kierra. Block Heels/Sandals: This is one of my favorite trends right now. The Carrson has gorgeous colors, comfort, and a stellar price for this shoe––an added bonus to the versatility of Carrson! These are perfect for not only a special occasion, but also for work, school or a day at the vineyard. 

The next shoe is the Irenee. This is one of Steve Madden's best-sellers, and with ten colors to choose from, I can understand why. This sandal is very chic and looks wonderful on any foot. Irenee can be dressed up for those who aren't comfortable in high heels. It can also be dressed down with a pair of nice boyfriend or skinny jeans and a cute, off-the-shoulder top. You won't be disappointed in your choice of this sandal and may even a second or third pair. 

Laceup Heels: At first, I wasn't a big fan of this trend because I kept seeing it on flat sandals, and I don't know about you, but if I wanted to wear ballerina shoes, I would sign up for a class. That is, until Steve Madden received the Laceit. It has the best of both trends, a platform with a block heel. Though it only comes in three colors (chestnut, olive, and black) that’s plenty of colors for this going out shoe. Pair the Laceit with bodycon dresses or mini skirts and you’ll be sure to turn heads and hear, "Where’d you get your shoes?!"

Sneakers: Who said sneakers can’t be cute? To give them a more feminine look, designers have given them a slip-on style for the on-the-go girl who doesn’t have time to lace up a sneaker. Steve Madden has one in particular that can be worn during any season, weather, or time of day, and that is the Ecentrcq. The Ecentrcq can be paired with just about anything and can be worn for play or for work. These shoes are very stylish and chic as well as comfortable and only run for $60! Besides coming in the normal colors such as black and tan, they also come in many fun colors to spice up your wardrobe such as pink, olive, leopard, and even a beautiful rose gold. 

Speaking of sneakers, I didn’t forget about the men. Though most men don’t care about what shoes are in or out, there is always that stylish man who has to be current with his footwear. Right now at Steve Madden all of the stylish men are coming in looking for what’s called the chukka boot. These ankle-high leather or suede upper boots look great with chino pants, khakis, jeans, shorts, and sometimes sweats/joggers. The top sellers at Steve Madden are Hendric and Hestonn. Hendric is the suede style and Hestonn is the leather.
