The organization BotmsUp hosted a fundraising event on April 21st at the Mike Hess North Park Brewery and Tasting Room. The affair was to benefit Shelter to Soldier, a non-profit organization based in San Diego that adopts dogs from local shelters and trains them to become service dogs for post-9/11 combat veterans who suffer from a myriad of afflictions associated with traumatic combat experiences. At this event, guests enjoyed food and craft beer, opportunity drawings, and had the chance to purchase Shelter to Soldier merchandise.
