Why gluten free?
The spark of gluten beer in San Diego came from Head Quack Matt Delvecchio. When he found he had Celiac Disease, he was crushed he couldn’t consume the beer he once enjoyed. Delvecchio discovered an innovative way to craft beer by adding a natural enzyme that removes gluten from the beer.

Ambiance
The atmosphere has a SoCal comic book cool meets rustic bar. With wood panels and eclectic lights and large drawings of robots, this brewery is the new hot spot for beer lovers.
Beer list
They have 5 core beers year round. The Duck Foot Double White IPA has a blend of hops, imparts notes of Spice, Citrus and Pine in the aroma. The Duck Foot Chocolate Hazelnut Porter, this malt is infused with Molasses, Caramel, Brown Sugar, Dark Chocolate and Coconut. The Duck Foot IPA is well rounded with Caramelized Malts to balance out the bitterness. The Duck Foot Red prominent notes of Caramel, Toffee and Brown Sugar while a modest amount of English hop.The Duck Foot California Blonde Ale uses of Citra hops gives it a light floral citrus aroma to complement the crisp and refreshing taste.
Seasonal beers include the California Orange Blossom Honey, Coconut Molasses Brown Ale, Ukrainian Imperial Stout and Belgian Wit bier.
Duck Foot Brewing Company is not just another craft brewery in the the mecca of San Diego breweries, it is a new stance on beer consumption. They believe craft beer should be accessible to all, no mate what dietary restrictions apply.
