Culture and baseball blend beautifully on Monday July 7 when San Diego Padres Italian Heritage Night happens. The night at Petco Park brings Little Italy's flavor and flair to the ballpark as the Padres host the Arizona Diamondbacks.

In cooperation with Convivio and the Italian Cultural Center, the Little Italy Association is helping to add a little tradition and pride to the stadium. Fans purchasing tickets through the unique link will receive a limited-edition Padres Italian Heritage Night cap an exclusive keepsake which adds a fashionable touch to the event.

More than a ballgame it's a celebration of identity and heritage basking in the sunshine of summer.

For a less hectic more intimate experience the Wednesday Mercato 9:30AM to 1:30PM is a midweek respite far removed from the weekday routine. A good excuse to indulge in an early morning cappuccino at a local bar and linger awhile.
