Bougainvillaea - Resilient, colorful, and full of blossoms, this Asian beauty thrives in Malaysia's hot and humid climate. Its many small, bunched bracts create a stunning visual display of vibrant colors like red, orange, purple, white, pale yellow, and everyone's favorite, an eye-popping shocking pink that is truly out of this world! Bougainvillaea will grow like gangbusters in whatever soil you put it in, and its water requirements are surprisingly light. Hibiscus - The lovely hibiscus is Malaysia's national flower and has a special place in the hearts of gardeners all across the nation. Hibiscus's large blooms come in a variety of spectacular colors that will lend a touch of the exotic to your garden even here in our tropical paradise! Malaysia's always warm and usually, sunny climate makes hibiscus varieties like the shoe flower Hibiscus sabdariffa and the Chinese hibiscus Hibiscus rosa-sinensis grow with a speed and passion unheard of in northern summer gardens! These utterly lovely flowers do demand some attention, so be sure to shower them with some love along with their water!
