The 6th annual Spring Xposure fashion show wowed the world, partly due to all of the yummy food and beverages at our Spring Xposure event! We’ve already sang the praises of our alcohol providers and our fashionistas. Now, take a look at all of the wonderful food and beverage companies that dazzled at our Spring Xposure, 2017!
Cesar the Restaurant
César is dedicated to a menu of traditional and contemporary Spanish tapas that incorporate authentic ingredients from Spain combined with the best of california’s produce, meat, poultry and seafood. complementing the tapas is a thoughtful selection of wines, sherries, and spirits, and a cocktail list that reflects classic mixology coupled with innovative new spirits, bitters, and liqueurs from around the world.
Mike's BBQ
Knowing that there was a need for classic BBQ and a great place to enjoy it alongside cold beer, sports, and friendly service the Olson family opened Mike’s BBQ in 2011 Escondido and Clairemont in 2015. Mike's BBQ offered some delicious BBQ cuisine.
Pure Cupcakes
PURE Cupcakes is committed to using only the freshest and finest ingredients, including fresh cream, sweet butter, Belgian chocolates, spices, fruits, and home-made curds. Each cupcake is adorned with the perfect finishing touch and is baked fresh daily.

Red Oven is a local, mobile pizza company that creates fresh made, wood-oven pizzas from local ingredients selected from a farmer’s market. Red Oven brought their oven straight to Spring Xposure to cook individual pizzas for every guest!
Rotisserie Affair
Rotisserie Affair is a southern California company that caters special events, making fresh rotisseries cooked on site! Rotisserie Affair’s scrumptious meats were succulent and created an intoxicating aroma that washed over the entire Spring Xposure 2017 event!
Seasalt Del Mar
Seasalt Del Mar
Seasalt Del Mar is a seafood bistro with a menu inspired by responsibly sourced local food. It's a place to enjoy fresh, delicious plates, and relax by the beach, and they provided some delicious food at our 2017 Spring Xposure event!
